How to Archive and Restore Journal Entries
Find a closed trade in your Journal and choose Archive. Open trades cannot be archived. Archived entries stay in analytics but leave your active journal. Closed entries are also archived automatically after two years, and you can restore them at any time.
Steps
- Open the Journal and find the entry you want to archive.
- Choose Archive on the entry.
- To bring it back, open the Archive view and choose Restore.
Automatic archiving
Journal entries are archived automatically two years after they close. Archived entries remain counted in analytics and historical performance — archiving only tidies your active journal.
