How to Enable Push, Email and In-App Notifications in SwingLEAP

Go to Settings → Notification preferences and enable each channel independently: in-app notifications, email alerts and push notifications. In-app and push work on all plans; email alerts are on paid plans.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Notification preferences.
  2. Toggle In-app notifications to receive alerts inside the app. Turning this off also stops in-app target alerts.
  3. Toggle Email alerts to receive the same target alerts by email (paid plans).
  4. Toggle Push notifications and allow the browser permission when prompted. On iPhone, install SwingLEAP to the home screen first (see the iPhone guide).

Good to know

  • Each channel is independent — you can pick any combination.
  • Push notifications need a standalone browser tab or the installed app, so enable push from swingleap.io rather than an embedded preview.
  • On iPhone, push requires the home-screen app.
