How to Import Your Broker Trades Into SwingLEAP

Go to Imports, upload your broker's trade history file (CSV, Excel, HTML or XML), review how SwingLEAP mapped each field, and commit the import. Supported brokers include Robinhood, Webull, Fidelity and Charles Schwab.

Steps

  1. Export your trade history from your broker's website (CSV works for all supported brokers).
  2. In SwingLEAP, open Imports and upload the file. Excel, HTML-table and XML formats are also supported.
  3. Review the mapped executions before saving — you can fix fields that were read incorrectly.
  4. Commit the import. The executions appear in your journal with their P&L calculated consistently.

Rules worth knowing

  • An import that is linked to closed journal entries cannot be deleted — this protects your recorded history.
  • Journal entries are archived automatically after 2 years, or earlier when you move them to Archive yourself.
  • Imports are available on paid plans (Trader and Wealth Builder).
